  • Bi-weekly 60-minute sessions

  • Targeted homework exercises to deepen reflection and action

  • Post-session email recapping next steps

  • Support and accountability between sessions by phone or email

  • Review of assessments and tools as needed

  • Review of your materials if helpful

I'm also open to building a custom coaching plan based on your needs.
