Entrepreneur Coaching. Retainers start at $3000/month for weekly, $1700 for bi-weekly sessions. We typically start with 6 months and will revisit as needed. This includes:

  • 50-minute sessions - extra time offered when available and needed

  • Support between sessions by phone or email

  • Detailed recap notes and realistic next steps

  • Curated tools, resources and connections relevant to what you’re dealing with

  • Initial exercise to clarify long term goals and ground coaching

  • Review of existing assessments/reviews and recommendations for new tools as needed

  • Review of any company materials if helpful

  • A confidential, unbiased space to clear your head and stay accountable

I’ve spent 20+ years in operations, working directly for and with founders of small and mid-sized businesses and managing over 500 people. I have an engineering degree from Duke, an MBA from Kellogg, and have been coaching full-time since 2017. 

My approach combines deep empathy, an action-oriented mindset, tactical support, and a 360 view of your business, personal and family goals. I started coaching out of a drive to work for myself, build fun things, and live the life I want day to day. I can help you do the same.
